It’s been a while since we’ve seen Michael Thomas do his thing for the New Orleans Saints, but the wait is finally coming to an end.
Recently, Saints HC Dennis Allen confirmed recent rumors and reports about Thomas, saying the team expects him to be 100% and a full participant when training camp begins on Wednesday.

The former Ohio State star has suffered countless injuries over the past three seasons, so his status for the upcoming campaign has always been in question.
He suffered from several lower leg conditions and he did not participate in the early stages of their OTAs.
The Saints will have a fresh take on their offense with Derek Carr at quarterback, and having an elite wide receiver like Thomas will obviously make things easier for the Fresno State product.
Thomas’ best season came in 2019 when he walked away with Offensive Player of the Year honors before injuries derailed what looked to be a promising career, and it remains to be seen how much he has left in the tank.
The Saints will rely heavily on youngsters Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed, but if Thomas can be half as good as he was in 2019 with Drew Brees at centre, they’ll have a legitimate chance to get the better of the NFC South, given it’s arguably the least competitive division in football going into the next campaign.
